Our Team

The Ngakouka team consists of Bruce and Chrissina Donald with their daughters, from left to right, Georgina, Hannah and Molly. All three girls show a strong interest in the primary industry and are beginning to goal set for their futures. They are an integral part of what happens on the farm and their contributions are treated equally with the rest of the team.

Valued team member, Simon Finnie, completes the package. Simon hails from Pongaroa and has brought with him many skills including proficiency in technology. This has brought Bruce up to scratch and it’s now common place to see the two of them recording farm movements digitally on a syncronised app. Simon is adaptable and enjoys a challenge which is important in a stud breeding operation. He is also goal focussed which keeps the crew in line!
