Bull Sale 2018

Ngakouka’s second annual bull sale was very pleasing. We sold 15 bulls for an average of $5,500 into Levin, Gisborne, Wairoa, Martinborough and Wellington areas and those in between.

Bull Sale 2017

Ngakouka Herefords’ inaugural bull sale was a great success. The new venue proved to be a well designed facility and flowed well for stock and people. The average price for the bulls was $4,800 and the heifers $2,040 with a total clearance of the heifers and 17/19 for the bulls.  The sale was well supported by the local Dannevirke community and beef breeders who traveled from the Wairarapa, Te Kuiti and Hawkes Bay. Ngakouka bulls are now spread out across these areas.

Thank you to all purchasers and under bidders for the success of the sale. The animals will perform well under all conditions they’re exposed to. Look after them and they will look after you.
